The accolades keep coming for Auckland co-working space B:Hive at Smales Farm. The World Architecture Fesitval’s sister event, Inside, has announced the shortlist for its 2019 awards, with B:Hive being named a finalist in the Offices category.

The building, designed by Australian firm BVN with Jasmax in association, has already been highly awarded this year, winning an Auckland Architecture Award and taking home the Supreme award at this year’s Interior Awards.

Inside celebrates interior excellence around the world and runs concurrently with the World Architecture Festival in Amsterdam from 4-6 December 2019. Live judging will take place during the event and a winner will be named in each of the nine categories, along with one project earning the title of World Interior of the Year.

Festival director Paul Finch noted: “Inside has been a growing part of the overall World Architecture Festival programme since 2012 and continues to grow in terms of quantity and quality. We are delighted with the intriguing designs and geographical spread of this year’s entries and look forward to the live judging in Amsterdam.”
