Edward Hosken, who runs the Christchurch and Auckland offices of DKO Architecture, has recently been appointed director.

Edward Hosken graduated from Deakin University and now oversees a passionate team of 20 people in two offices across Christchurch and Auckland. Edward believes there is plenty of opportunity to influence quality design outcomes in New Zealand, especially in medium density and master planned communities.

Significant projects to date include the Three Kings master plan in an extinct volcanic crater in Auckland, and Christchurch projects East Frame and Welles Street.

In Australia, Raymond Mah and Michael Drescher have also been appointed as directors.

Founding principal Koos de Keijzer says, “Raymond, Michael and Edward have been instrumental in the steady and substantial growth that DKO has enjoyed over the years. This is an exciting development for the business and together we look forward to DKO’s continued success.”
