The purpose of this Housing Innovation Expo is to showcase permanent materials, quality architectural design, environmentally sustainable buildings that are produced using prefab / offsite construction technologies. This Park is in direct response to the devastating Canterbury earthquakes and the urgent need for high-quality permanent buildings.
Prefab, or pre-engineered, buildings are ideally placed to respond to this situation as they can deliver built solutions on-time, on-budget, at high-quality design and with an emphasis on environmental sustainability and with compliant engineering requirements.
It’s a one-stop-shop for house-hunters who will be able to access information about new house options, available land, mortgages, and insurance in one place.
