Headland Sculpture on the Gulf

 

Recently ranked in the New York Times’ Top 46 places to go in the world, the Headland Sculpture on the Gulf exhibition will grace the 2.5km coastal walkway on Waiheke Island from 25 January to 17 February 2013.

This biennial, contemporary outdoor exhibition consists of 30 large-scale sculptures produced by established and up-and-coming artists.

Among the exhibiting artists this year are Aucklanders Jonathan Organ and Jessica Pearless who will showcase their new large-scale collaborative sculpture, Bunker Vision Hi-Fi.

The exhibition is open daily from 8.30am.
