The 2023 CoreNet symposium, to be held on Wednesday 17 May at Shed 10, Queens Wharf, Auckland aims to review the way the industry currently does things and task speakers and attendees to reimagine the future of the workplace.
An impressive array of international and local speakers are preparing to showcase exceptional projects which re-examine the role that corporate real estate plays in a constantly shifting world, adding value to corporate strategy and to the places, towns and cities in which we work. They will answer the following questions, amongst others:
- How do we apply learnings to think outside the box and push forwards into entirely new categories and types of property to help our cities and places thrive?
- How do we reinvigorate old assets and re-imagine the way we create corporate real estate so it is truly sustainable and value-generative while reducing space/carbon use?

As Fonterra’s GM Property & Facilities, Gail is responsible for the management of a diverse global portfolio of over 600 properties. A property sector leader with more than 35 years of experience specialising in being client-side across a wide range of industries and tenant/owner-occupier organisations.
The symposium coincides with the first day of live presentations of the 2023 Interior Awards. So CoreNet organisers have created a space at Shed 10 where attendees are able to watch the live-stream in between sessions, ensuring attendees of the symposium will not miss out on the design masterclass provided by the Interior Awards’ live project presentations.
