Meet Luxaflex: Sponsor of the Interior Awards 2022
This year marks Luxaflex’s 11th year of partnership with the Interior Awards, having come on board from the start as one of our founding sponsors. We asked the team to share with us one of their favourite interiors as well as some thoughts about the Awards programme.
Bernie, tell us about one of the previous winners of the Interior Awards that resonated with you and why?
Bernie: Having been involved extensively with the Commercial Bay/Precinct Properties project, it was especially pleasing to see Warren and Mahoney take out an Award in 2021 for this prestigious complex.
Sandy, is there a favourite hospitality spot, either here or overseas, that you always recommend?
Sandy: You can’t go past an afternoon stroll around Auckland’s Viaduct area – followed by cocktails and a long lunch at Soul. Still an all-time fave.
Shane, tell us what you have enjoyed most about being a sponsor of the Interior Awards?
Shane: As a long-time sponsor, we continue to enjoy seeing both the impact of the event itself and, more importantly, the ongoing industry development, which delivers projects of a truly international standard, year-on-year.
