As a publisher of design magazines there is nothing we love more than creating a well crafted and compelling cover. The idea is to create a cover that calls out from the clutter of the newsstands and demands to be picked up, flicked through and then popped under the arm and taken immediately to the check out. Well that’s the idea anyhow.

Content is always king but the cover is the calling card.

The Maggies celebrate well crafted covers and our sister magazines Landscape Architecture NZ and ProDesign (no longer published) were both selected as finalists.
