100 homes from across New Zealand have been selected as finalists for the 2024 Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition.

Originally selected as the best residential builds from seven regional competitions, the top 100 entries will now undergo a second round of judging by the national judging panel. Winners will be announced at the National Awards Gala on 23 November in Auckland.

“Year after year, we are continually impressed by the outstanding builds, level of expertise, and craftsmanship demonstrated by Master Builders throughout Aotearoa. These awards are an opportunity to celebrate and acknowledge our builders’ ability to deliver exceptional homes for Kiwis,” says Registered Master Builders Chief Executive, Ankit Sharma.

The National Awards Gala will honor achievements in a wide variety of categories including four Renovation Awards, twelve New Home Awards, Craftsmanship Awards, Feature Home Awards, Lifestyle Awards and more. Learn about the House of the Year Awards categories here.
