Meet Blum: Sponsor of the Interior Awards 2024
This year marks Blum’s fifth year of partnership with the Interior Awards, having come on board as a sponsor in 2020. We talk to Specification Consultants Brittany Smith, Kate Ward and Tania Bailey about Blum’s game-changing new product range and what they love about being involved in the Interior Awards.
Tell us about any recent innovations in your business that you would like interior designers and architects to know about.
Tania Bailey: Blum’s latest innovation, REVEGO Pocket Systems, is finally available in the New Zealand market. As designers and architects seek reliable solutions, REVEGO combines elegance with functionality. It marks a shift in how interiors can be crafted with versatility and convenience by creating flexible living spaces that adapt to the user’s need.
What do you most enjoy about being involved with the Interior Awards?
Brittany Smith: Being involved with the Interior Awards is a genuinely rewarding experience because it allows us to connect directly with specifiers and celebrate their incredible work. The Awards also provide invaluable insights into the industry’s evolving trends, helping us support their needs.
What are you looking forward to this year?
Kate Ward: This year, we’re focussing on supporting the industry by celebrating its accomplishments. We are proud to be involved in many industry awards that recognise excellence. Tania [Bailey] and I also have the privilege of accompanying a group of our industry partners through tours of our manufacturing plants in Austria and a trip to EuroCucina, the renowned kitchen design fair in Milan.
