PrefabNZ announces new CEO
After the recent news that founder and CEO of PrefabNZ, Pamela Bell, would be stepping down from her executive role, the organisation has announced Scott Fisher as her replacement.
Fisher brings experience in developing and growing membership associations, most recently with Retail NZ where he served as Chief Executive for three years. He will take over the post of CEO for PrefabNZ on 4 June.
In February, Pamela Bell announced that she would be moving on from the organisation that she started off the back of her MArch thesis after nearly a decade of leading PrefabNZ. Bell says, “Scott’s appointment marks a pivotal time in PrefabNZ’s maturity and the tipping point of acceptance for offsite in New Zealand.”
“I’ve been fortunate to have the opportunity to grow PrefabNZ to where it is today and feel confident in passing over the reins to a seasoned association professional who can be both a steady pair of hands and enable an extended commercial focus. As a Life Member, I look forward to being involved with PrefabNZ from the membership whanau going forward,” she continued.
