2012 Melbourne Design Awards

The 2012 Melbourne Design Awards (MDA) represent the diversity and culture of the Melbourne design industry and are a celebration of the people that create and commission design, and who promote and engage in all aspects of design.

The awards are open to emerging and professional design individuals or studios, students or educational institutes, both in Australia and internationally. The MDA will be an invaluable platform for emerging and established artists in promoting themselves and furthering their careers and practice.

The six entry categories – Space, Visual, Object, Fashion, Experience and Marketplace, have a wide range of sub-categories covering excellence across fields including products and furnishings, architecture, interiors, landscape design, advertising graphic design, fashion, photography and digital media.

Entries close on 9 August and can be made on the MDA website.
