The Experience Edge: CoreNet Global Symposium 2018

 

This year’s CoreNet Symposium is titled The Experience Edge and will look at how real estate is a major part of this dynamic, creating powerful experiences to attract, engage and add value to people and businesses.

This year’s symposium will shine a spotlight on a number of on-point commercial real estate trends, enable blue-sky thinking and apply practical learnings that property professionals across the sector – whether owners, occupiers or suppliers – can take away and use.

Morning speakers include:

  • Craig Menzies – director of Benoy, global design specialists who create iconic destinations that enrich people’s lives, strengthen communities, and deliver lasting economic value
  • Neil Usher – author of The Elemental Workplace and executive consultant: Property, Workplace & Change at Unispace 
  • Shamubeel Eaqub – 0ne of New Zealand’s leading economic commentators

The afternoon sessions include:

  • Co-working: What’s Next? Chaired by Lloyd Budd, director of Bayleys Commercial, a panel of four co-working leaders – from B:Hive, Generator, IWG and WeWork – will explore the vibrant co-working landscape in New Zealand, as well as where things are headed.
  • Energy Based Design. With many years experience in the New Zealand property industry in a number of fields, architect Jo Monaghan is founder of the Flow Company, which is all about designing for wellbeing in today’s workplace.
