Darryl is the founder and managing director of DCA Architects of Transformation. Over the past three decades, Darryl has led the practice with a philosophy of down-to-earth, collaborative and deeply invested architecture that serves people and place. His work welcomes collaboration, seeks authenticity and the empowerment of communities through its public architecture. This approach has resulted in a body of work that is largely inconspicuous, while simultaneously being recognised by peers with numerous architecture awards, including three-time finalist at the prestigious World Architecture Festival. Darryl’s interests outside of architecture are mountain-biking, walking, sketching and travel.
