Annabelle Smith is a fifth-year Masters of Architecture student at the University of Auckland. She is currently writing her thesis, which explores how synergies between Hundertwasser’s ecological philosophies and te ao Māori could inform sustainable residential design in Northland, Aotearoa. Upon completing her studies she looks forward to working in the industry and contributing meaningfully to the field of architecture.
