The experience James has gained working for Comeskey Grant Architects, and Novak+Middleton in Wellington, combined with the international firm Woodhead in Sydney, Australia, provides a platform of varied project experience and practice administration and management.
James has a solid grounding in team leadership across a range of large scale project work. Team leadership includes not only the architectural team but the wider teams required in successful project delivery.
James believes in adopting a collaborative approach to his projects. Clients along with the broader project team actively participate throughout the design process. Collaboration forms the fundamental basis for their project delivery process.
