Maria Mingallon leads Advanced Computational Design at Mott MacDonald. With a background in both engineering and architecture, and having practised in the UK and Canada, Maria has recently relocated to New Zealand. She is a specialist in the fields of parametric design and digital fabrication. She is a true advocate for leveraging technology to enhance quality and productivity in the construction industry. In recognition, she received the 2015 Visionary Prize from the Québec Association of Consulting Engineers. She was the first woman and youngest person to ever achieve such recognition.
