Interior Awards 2015: By the Numbers

In 2014, Interior Awards finalists, winners, participants and sponsors received:

  • $432,600 of print editorial coverage
  • 44,300 online page views
  • 22 bespoke trophies
  • $7,000 in cash prizes (this year’s prize pool is $8,500)
  • Priceless industry recognition

So, if you feel you have designed one of New Zealand’s best Workplace, Civic, Retail, Hospitality or Temporary spaces; then we want to hear from you. Also if you have crafted an amazing bespoke solution you can enter the Craftsmanship Category and, if you are an Emerging Design Professional… we definitely want your input. Likewise, with a new category (Student) and tweaks to one of the most contested category (Workplace) – there are even more ways to get involved.

Four easy steps to enter:

1.  Select your best project(s)

2. Gather up to 10 images showing off each project’s best features

3. In 700 characters or less each (that is the equivalent to five Twitter posts!) answer the following questions:

  • What was the client brief
  • What was your response to client brief
  •  Material and detailing intent
  •  Innovation and creativity

Go to the Interior Awards website register and input those images and blurbs (approximate time 15 minutes)

4. Pay the entry fee of $155

And that is it!

Finalists will be notified by 7 May.
