The Regent Theatre Redevelopment, Dunedin by Oakley Gray Architects was awarded top honours in the Resene Total Colour Awards 2013 for its opulent use of colour.

The Resene Total Colour Awards 2014 will be held in Auckland on Thursday 4 September at a venue to be advised.

The Awards recognises outstanding use of colour in commercial and residential projects. Catergories include:

  • Residential – Interior
  • Residential – Exterior
  • Commercial – Exterior  
  • Commercial – Interior Public/Retail
  • Commercial – Interior Office
  • Landscape
  • Education
  • Heritage
  • Neutrals
  • Product/Display
  • Rising Star – Student
  • Lifetime Achievement


Each category winner will receive NZ$1000 and a coveted Resene Total Colour Award sculpture. The overall Nightingale winner will receive NZ$2500 and an exclusive Resene Total Colour – Nightingale Award sculpture.
