Corenet Global Forum: Government Communications Security Bureau

Pipitea House on Pipitea, the new home of the Government Communications Security Bureau (as head tenant) and other NZ Intelligence Community agencies, was officially opened by the Prime Minister Rt Hon John Key in May this year. CoreNet in association with GCSB and Dow Group are very pleased to offer a rare opportunity for our CoreNet members and event guests to tour aspects of this highly secure and interesting workplace.

Chris Carson, GCSB CFO and Lead Pipitea House Project Manager, together with Robin Randall, GCSB Building Manager and Project Support will begin the evening, sharing their personal perspectives of the transition journey. What’s worked, what the challenges have been and how the GCSB is now working together to achieve better outcomes.

Alice Cuttance, Dow Group Workplace Strategist, will talk through the step by step transition and communication process Dow implemented within the GCSB to capture the hearts and minds of the GCSB staff. The talks will be followed by a question and answer session, with panelists from across the project available to answer your questions. A guided tour of selected areas of Pipitea House, will be followed by networking drinks and nibbles sponsored by Dow Group.

Register by Monday, 24th October 2011 to secure your place.
