Bruce Petry presents a talk on heritage conservation at Studio Carolina Izzo on the 23 October.

For Studio Carolina Izzo’s second studio talk, Bruce Petry, conservation architect and director of Reverb, will present a talk titled 5 Ways of Making Built Heritage Conservation Easy. The event will take place from 5.30-7.30pm at Carolina Izzo’s Parnell studio.

Many people put the conservation and preservation of built heritage in the ‘too hard’ basket, but Petry will explain how it can be an easy option, and why preservation is good for our community. 

Bruce is recognized both nationally and internationally as a specialist in New Zealand heritage management. Bruce has worked most recently on the Auckland City Art Gallery and the Britomart Urban Renewal Project. He was formerly a director at Salmond Reed Architects for eleven years.

This event runs from 5.30-7.30pm and is $5.00 per person. Drinks and nibbles will be provided. Seats are limited – RSVP here.
