Moon Hoon: Seoul Prizone, 2009.

The University of Auckland’s School of Architecture and Planning presents this annual lecture series featuring guest speakers from the fields of architecture, urban planning and urban design.

Grassroots political, social and urban movements have often had architectural and planning agendas. Architects, urban planners and urban designers have worked with and sometimes fronted for these initiatives.

Many of the distinguished guest speakers in this programme will speak to this aspect of their recent work. Others will introduce their engagement with new, and some with radical, modes of practice and from a variety of cultural contexts.

All lectures are free and open to the public. Attendance at each lecture earns 10 CPD points.
